Currently attending the Living Lab/CoreLabs workshop(s), in connection with the main "Preparatory Workshop for Launching a European Network of Living Labs" (targeting the Launch 20 Nov, at the IST Conference 2006 in Helsinki.

I'm particularly interested in the shared functionalities and services that can be offered by this European Network of Living Labs.

From the workshop some ideas have been raised

• Adaptation of the new innovation to different regions with Concept testing and Usability Testing
• Sharing of Testing Methodologies
• Addressing Regional Legislative Issues
• IPR tracking as the innovation distributes into new regions
• Web based tools for collaboration such as this wiki.

There is more to investigate as we get a handle on all the local Living Labs dotted across Europe.
