PCE

It's one of the key points we were proposing during the ICE workshop within our work group... We must allow the user to use her own combination - cocktail - of tools for accesing the "collaborative" platforms and services we will be providing them within and/or outside the corporate borders.

In order to do that, I'm pretty convinced that what we need is to use the tools and de-facto standards we currently have in place for 'empowering' the user in her own strategy for building up her own personal collaborative environment (pce).

An example. I really hate having to do this; I mean, log-in a different CWE - AMI@Work in this particular case - for blogging this stuff. I'd like to have some kind of Firefox Plugin - kindof an hybrid between Performancing existing plugin and Google Notebook - allowing me to clip, cut, paste, remix, edit, publish, annotate share... any kind of content submitting them to the different blogs I'm currently contributing to, e.g. this one - built upon Drupal - the project space from iCamp - based on NextSpace platform from Permalink - or my personal blogs in Blogger.
