About orchestrating a Personal EU era

I wish I could be in the Living Labs workshop today. Just to see from your faces that you all are live persons, unique Living Labs.

In speaking about Living Labs I hope we don't forget, that we ourselves as citizensand professionals are the base unit of EU's success.

Naturally we have to work wonders, but nobody else will do it for us personnally.

That's why all 500 000 000 EU citizens have (the pleasure) to be essential on union level.

All pieces for an advanced Personal EU era ( http://www.personaleu.eu ) already exist on some FP7 level. Someone just shall orchestrate them together to an unique symphony.

The European Network of Living Labs covers all knowledge sectors needed:

- The EU27 team finder choosing the right person from each EU country to your union an bringing them online at once into your screen. (Can be done already today but not as one package.)

- The Understander translating/interpretating everything to each ones own language. (Can be done today but just between some languages. An essential challenge if we don't want to loose our languages.)

- The illustration/modelling team tool. (Exists but not for that big teams.)

- The Voter illustrating results when voting different subjects. (Can be done by someone who should belong to this project.)

- The Comparer showing equal facts from all EU countries at once, illustrated. (Exists. Welcome to join the project.)

- The Projecter collecting the expertise of the team members and presenting them as an organization and showing the best roles for everybody. (I’m sure this kind of European software already exists.)

- The Elevator, taking brilliant suggestions of the team to the Commissions floor - and vice versa. (Easy - when the policy is accepted.)

- The Virtual Academy helping Personal EU teams be more and more innovative and useful to themselves and to the entire union. (Good academy candidates exist, they just have not understood it, yet.)

- Investors, sponsors - supporters. (When qualified investors realize, that it is question of something very useful and daily for 500 000 000 EU citizens, they suddenly find money for all this.)

The role of individuals in the Living Labs could already now be to collect as perfect personal EU27 teams around them as possible: Domain expert teams, translation expert teams, election expert teams, projectizing expert teams, accounting expert teams, modelling expert teams, PPPP co-operation expert teams... yes, all kinds of expert teams.

Those teams could be the kernel of the Living Labs system - and the growing kernel of the human centric Personal EU era.

Next monday I have been invited to Stockholm to meet the leader of the Living Labs Europe network.
It came as a surprise for me that their Living Labs aren't "our" Living Labs. We all are building ONE union and are not too big to create good innovative co-operation.

I wish you a fantastic workshop
(a nice sauna with snow wash in the evening would be great if possible).

Innovative interactivity!
