Category "Concept" is intended to support a community effort in describing/using/updating (editing) continuously all useful concepts we need to share in our research/creativity/innovation collaborative work.

Those concepts will allow all of us to enlarge our shared arena (collaborative space in the Community Window Model) where common understanding enables efficient and effective collaboration.

Concepts are also intended to support actively the "People-concepts networking" which means that there will be progressively a (semantic) network bring a certain level of connectivity among communities' members. This should enable to discover/explore new collaborative resources having most probably the right knowledge which is called so far "on-line Knowledge Connection" (for any further explanation see Marc Pallot's article page about Knowledge Connection).

"Research topic" is a meta concept, which means that all defined research topics are also concepts that could be used for connectivity or to enlarge the collaboration arena.

All users (communities' members) have the possibility to select their research topics of interest within the "mySpace" area in "myProfile" section in clicking on "set research topics".

The same approach could be used in the future to link also documents/contents with concepts as being meta-data associated to documents/contents.
