I made a presentation at the first SIG networking session at IST 2004 as I am fully supportive of the Living Labs initiative, I also co-organised the Exhibition stand at IST 2004 with CDT Testbed Botnia, and I am looking to promote the concept further in 2005 & 2006
[edit] Initial vision regarding what/how should the AMI@Work family help to create in Europe by 2010
LivingLabs an integrated eInfrastructure. I see Test beds as an important tool for integrating technology components into the complex environment of IST and end-users. The cycle of development of interoperable networks, service platforms and services, must be married to the end user perspective both as citizen and consumer.
